💡 Pro Tips

❓ FAQ

Common questions answered.

How fast is Rush in DOORS?
Rush is the fastest entity in DOORS — approximately 4-5x player running speed. You cannot outrun Rush. You MUST hide in a locker, wardrobe, or under a bed.
Can Rush enter rooms with closed doors?
No — Rush only travels through hallways. Once you're in a room with the door closed behind you, Rush cannot enter. However, Rush can still kill you while transitioning between rooms.
What's the difference between Rush and Ambush?
Rush passes through once. Ambush passes multiple times (back and forth). Ambush also has different sound cues. Learn to differentiate — hiding too early for Ambush gets you killed.
Can the Crucifix stop Rush?
Yes — Crucifix instantly stops Rush. However, Crucifix is rare and you should save it for Figure on Floor 100, not waste on Rush.
Why does Rush kill me in the locker?
You hid too early or too late. Wait for the second sound cue. Also make sure you're FULLY inside the locker — animation must complete.
